Cash Donations
The South Carolina Ethics Commission discourages the use of cash donations. While Section 8-13-1314 of the Code of Laws does allow for contributions of up to $25 be made in cash, candidates are required to have written record of the name, address, and occupation of the donor.
In the interest of transparency, recordkeeping, and complicance with the law by letter and spirit, I ask that all donations be made either online using the above tools or via check to PO Box 2901..
